Why it exists

UserJourney is made by the team behind PluginAnalytics, the analytics for Minecraft plugin developers. To run it, we built ourselves a view of our own users: where they came from, who got stuck before their first data, who paid and who left, with a note ready for each. It became the page we open every morning.

Every SaaS founder needs that page for every product they launch, and almost nobody builds it: it means joining analytics, the product's own events and the billing, and then reading it all. So we made it a product you install in one line.

What we believe

• One script, no tracking plan. Visits, pages, sign-ups, onboarding steps and payments arrive by themselves; you add a line only for what the screen can't see.
• Answers before charts. Every screen starts with a sentence, and every number opens to the people behind it.
• Plain rules, no black box. Findings come from rules you can read, not from a model, and nothing is said about fewer than a handful of people.
• Your visitors aren't followed around the web. They're counted without cookies, and your users are yours. Exactly what is stored.
• Honest pricing. Free for your first 250 users, public prices for the rest, and only what's built on the list. Pricing.
